The ball screw pair is a mechanical element composed of a screw, a nut, a ball and other parts. Its function is to convert rotational motion into linear motion or convert linear motion into rotational motion. It is a further extension and development of the traditional sliding screw. Ball screw pairs are widely used in various industrial equipment, precision instruments, and precision CNC machine tools due to their excellent friction characteristics.

At present, the company can produce ball screw pairs with the minimum diameter of Φ6mm and lead of 1mm; the maximum diameter of Φ245mm; the length of a single screw is 10m, and the maximum rated dynamic load is 125 tons to adapt to various application occasions. We can provide various types of ball screw pairs in batches, including 1.5m P0, 2m P1, 4m P2, 5m P3 and 10m P5.
Features of ball screw pair:
1.High transmission efficiency
In a ball screw pair, freely rolling balls transfer force and motion between the screw and the nut. This transmission method replaces the direct action mode between the screw and the nut of the traditional threaded screw pair, thereby replacing the sliding friction of the traditional screw with extremely small rolling friction, making the transmission efficiency of the ball screw pair reach more than 90%, and the driving torque of the entire transmission pair is reduced to about 1/3 of the sliding screw, and the heat generation rate is therefore greatly reduced.
2. High positioning accuracy
The ball screw pair has low heat generation rate, small temperature rise, and measures such as pre-stretching and pre-tightening the screw to eliminate axial clearance during processing, so that the screw pair has high positioning accuracy and repeatability. 
3.Transmission reversibility
The ball screw pair has no sliding screw sticking friction, eliminating the creeping phenomenon that may occur during the transmission process. The ball screw pair can realize two transmission modes - converting rotary motion into linear motion or converting linear motion into rotary motion and transmitting power.
4. Long service life
Due to the strict control of the accuracy of the screw raceway shape, surface hardness, material selection, etc., the actual life of the ball screw pair is much longer than that of the sliding screw.
5. Good synchronization performance
Due to the smooth operation of the ball screw pair, the elimination of axial clearance and the consistency of manufacturing, good synchronization can be achieved when multiple sets of ball screw pairs are used to drive the same device or multiple identical parts.
