Using forward design technology, a full transmission chain simulation model of the wind turbine gearbox is established, and multiple parameters such as bearing contact angle, rolling element size, and modification amount are systematically optimized. For high-speed output stage bearings, a thermal analysis model is established, and wear reduction design technology is used to reduce bearing heating and increase the limit speed, further ensuring the overall reliability and stable operation capability of the wind turbine.
