Rolling linear guides are composed of guide rails, sliders, steel balls, return devices, cages, sealing devices, etc. When the guide rail and the slider make relative motion, the balls roll along the four raceways on the guide rail that have been hardened and precision ground, and then pass through the return device (returner) at the end of the slider to enter the return hole and then enter the raceway. The steel balls roll over and over again in this way. Dust-proof sealing end covers are installed at both ends of the return device to effectively prevent dust and chips from entering the interior of the slider.
