The company has always maintained its leading position in the wind power bearing industry and has successively developed a series of SRB spherical roller main bearings and TRB tapered roller main bearings, covering wind turbines below 30MW. By building a simulation model of the entire transmission chain for simulation calculations, the bearing contact angle, rolling element size and cage structure are optimized and matched. According to the analysis results, the shape structure and size of the bearing are repeatedly adjusted and iterated to reduce the weight of the main bearing and transmission chain while ensuring the safety margin, thereby achieving design cost reduction.
By controlling heat treatment deformation, material internal structure and cold processing dimensional accuracy, optimizing rolling element shaping and surface treatment, solving problems such as boundary friction and lubrication after the intervention of external contaminants, it is effectively ensured that the bearing has good impact resistance, flexible self-aligning performance, excellent raceway fatigue resistance, and achieves long life and high reliability.
